Nevada law gives current Medicare Supplement policyholders an annual no-underwriting open enrollment window around their birthday:
- Window: 60-day window starting on the policyholder\'s birthday.
- Eligibility: Nevada\'s rule applies to beneficiaries ages 65–80; you must already have a Medigap policy in force.
- Allowed switch: you can switch to the same lettered plan or a plan with lesser benefits with any Nevada-licensed Medigap insurer, without medical underwriting.
